Soochow University – Gold Mantis School of Architecture
The Gold Mantis School of Architecture at Soochow University, located by Dushu Lake, is rooted in the spirit of classical southern Chinese gardens and the craftsmanship legacy of Suzhou’s Xiangshan tradition. Established in 2005 as the School of Urban Science, it entered a new chapter through an innovative school-enterprise partnership with Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co., creating a leading model for industry-academia collaboration.
